We have been trialing Antinol with our own elderly pups at Primal Paws. Bren assures me that he thinks Abby is brighter and happier since starting last week, even though it has been getting cold at night. Me, well I think its early days BUT I do believe in giving joints adequate nutrition and I do believe this product will do that for our sporting pups. The studies I have seen so far are certainly promising!
Antinol has a shelf life of approximately 3 to 4 months.
Antinol's presumed Mode of Action is that it modulates LOX and COX. As such, it may slow cartilage degradation and promote repair of articular cartilage. Given this, it may be of benefit as a preventative treatment for sports dogs. Please follow this link if you would like more information on the MOA: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K_2jzKjA-vc
PSCO-524 has been demonstrated to be much more potent than fish oil; a much smaller amount is required to produce greater reduction in joint inflammation. Although there are no known contraindications to giving Antinol, you may not choose to give fish oil concurrently given the superior efficacy of Antinol. Antinol has a strong evidence-base and is registered with the APVMA. Please feel free to visit the following site for more studies: http://antinol.com/studies/
