Terms & Conditions of Booking

  1. Confirmation of registration to attend is not complete until the booking form AND payment of the deposit have been received. Registration must be completed by 31st March 2019.  The balance of seminar fees are to be paid by 1 June 2019.

  2. Offers for a Working Spot registration which have the balance of fees remaining unpaid after 1 June 2019 will be cancelled, with the deposit returned minus the cancellation fee and the spot offered to the next interested party.  

  3. Working spots are for one (1) dog per person over the timeframe of the seminar.  There will be no split days between dogs unless expressly approved by the Instructor or seminar organisers.

  4. Video recording of your working spot is allowed for private use only.  Recording of other working participants are not permitted unless express permission has been given by that participant.  There is to be no recording of the theory portions of the workshop.

Cancellation/ Refund policy: 

Working Position Cancellation Fee Toy Play and Markers is $480. A refund of the balance of monies paid will be provided only if the vacated spot can be filled by a suitable applicant. If there is no suitable replacement to be found, no refund will be forthcoming.

Working Position Cancellation Fee Heeling is $240. A refund of the balance of monies paid will be provided only if the vacated spot can be filled by a suitable applicant. If there is no suitable replacement to be found, no refund will be forthcoming.

Audit position Cancellation Fee is Toy Play and Markers $150. A refund of the balance of monies paid will be provided only if the vacated spot can be filled by a suitable applicant. If there is no suitable replacement to be found, no refund will be forthcoming.

Audit position Cancellation Fee is Heeling $75. A refund of the balance of monies paid will be provided only if the vacated spot can be filled by a suitable applicant. If there is no suitable replacement to be found, no refund will be forthcoming.

In the event of cancellation, we reserve the right to offer the working spot to an applicant of our choosing. There will be no transfer of your working spot to a handler of your choice unless expressly approved by the organiser of this seminar.

Should the seminar be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the organiser, all booking fees minus pro rata unrecoverable seminar costs already incurred by the organiser will be refunded.

The organiser does not accept any liability for any loss or expenses arising from the cancellation of the seminar.

Code of Conduct

The organiser reserves the right to impose a code of good conduct during the seminar and to request the departure of any participants who do not abide by this code without recompense.

The organiser reserves the right to declare a dog “unfit for participation” and to request the cessation of training of that particular dog in the seminar should there be perceived aggression.  In the case of aggression resulting in a dog attack, the participant will be requested to remove the dog from the seminar facility and no refund of seminar fee will be offered.
